TNR Assistance Request

Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is the kindest and most effective way to help community cats. With TNR, cats are humanely trapped, spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and safely returned to their outdoor home. This breaks the cycle of endless litters while giving them healthier lives.

By filling out this form, you will be added to our TNR request list. We serve the Roanoke Valley area. This form must be completed by the property owner of the location requesting assistance. Our waitlist can be long at times, but we will reach out as soon as it is your turn. Thank you for caring about the cats in our community!

I, the undersigned, give Star City TNR and Rescue, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, permission to access the above-listed property for the purpose of conducting humane cat trapping as part of a Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) program.

This may include:

• Setting humane traps on or around the property

• Monitoring and checking traps regularly

• Transporting trapped cats to and from veterinary appointments

• Returning healthy, sterilized cats to their original location if they are part of a managed colony.

  
  

I understand that all efforts will be made to minimize disruption to the property, and Star City TNR and Rescue will remove all equipment once trapping is complete.
