At Star City TNR and Rescue, we’re dedicated to improving the lives of Roanoke's community cats through compassionate and effective intervention. Our mission is to reduce overpopulation through Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) and to find loving homes for adoptable cats and kittens. We believe every cat deserves a chance at a safe and healthy life, and we’re committed to creating a brighter future for both cats and the communities they call home.
